At Vantage Toyota Leeds, we love Christmas. We also love getting involved with national charity events and having a bit of fun whilst raising money for worthwhile causes!
This month's Christmas Jumper Day in aid of Save the Children seemed to be the perfect fundraising event to get involved with to round off an excellent year. Who would pass up on the chance to wear their favourite festive knit?
Save the Children's annual Christmas Jumper Day is the opportunity to get silly for a serious cause. Each year, Save the Children encourage people to 'make the world better with a sweater' whilst raising funds for Save the Children by wearing a Christmas jumper and donating a minimum of £1. Those taking part can wear a Christmas jumper they already own, decorate an existing jumper with festive decorations, or even knit their own!
This year, Christmas Jumper Day fell on the 16th of December. The team at Vantage Toyota Leeds couldn't wait to dig out their favourite Christmas knit and had lots of festive fun!
Steve Rowbotham, Centre Principal, said:
"Save The Children's Christmas Jumper Day was a great success for the team with everyone getting involved and having lots of fun whilst raising money for an excellent charity. It has finished off an excellent year and we're looking forward to participating in similar events throughout 2017!"
