The customer service (Louise) was excellent and the mot and service were completed with no hard sell to have amber rated work done or to take on the service plan - just helpful information and prices given. However, after being able to look at the details at my leisure, the price and the option to pay monthly were very attractive so i have taken up the service plan option. And booked the car in for new tyres. The one to one customer service and respectful but friendly manner of the assistant (Louise) was excellent. The mini clean/valet is a nice touch too.

When I took the car down to Toyota they told me this was a problem they had come across a few times on the Ay go. I was given a complimentary car for the day while my car was being fixed. It was all sorted within a day & washed & valeted.great job! Very pleased overall.

My service manager was a model professional (I taught Business Studies at school) and she explained the problem easily whilst being courteous and responsive.
